• 主题:Morty I Have Had Lucid Dreams For The Past 3 Nights In A Ro
  • I am so pumped guys! Mindfulness is the key! I have had 5 lucid dreams total...  And the last 3 nights I have had one. The first night was like a minute long, the second night was 10 minutes, and last night was like 40 minutes long!

In the 40 minute long dream, I made smoke come off the edge of my fingertips, I made huge fireballs in my hands, and I jumped like half a kilometer multiple times.

I started losing control when someone radiod to me and said there is an anomaly in my world and it is a "corrupt dream character" I beat the shit out of one of them who was a mechanic...  But there was another one still and then it turned into a normal down.

I can't wait to have another lucid dream tonight!
    Wow that is great!

    What method did you use
I use mindfulness. I started with ADA, where you look at little details in your environment... for about a month. But that wasn't working out at all, so I moved onto mindfulness, and now after a month or so I am really starting to see how beneficial it is.

ADA places the emphasis on the environment and mindfulness places it on yourself and body.
    That's cool.Good luck in future
Congrats. I suggest you, however, to investigate more into your sleep schedules and mind/body conditions, which were, IMO, the main causes for the success. This kind of sudden burst in success is not uncommon during one's lucid dreaming practice, but they are typically associated with some changes in one's sleep pattern and mind/physical conditions. Of course, psychological factors also apply. These kind of success, if analyzed carefully, can help one achieve longer term successes. Practicing ADA and mindfulness helps you better take advantage of the proper mind/body conditions, but their effectiveness (especially long term effectiveness)are usually quite limited so don't be surprised that it suddenly won't work anymore. Those kind of techniques are mostly like adding spices to cooking (the proper mind/body conditioning is the meal), but people often mistaken them as the main causes for a lucid dream to happen. Without proper conditioning, most technique would fail. This applies to just about everything, including the SSILD technique which I helped develop. It's just science, really.
Basically just Buddhist mindfulness . You can look up "mindfulness for lucid dreaming"
Lucky! Well I shouldn't say it was luck because you worked for it. Any other benefits from being mindful?
I have a better memory such as where I put things or remembering all the things I did in a day.
Can you send me link? I have googled this, and I do guided mindfulness meditations which I love, and they do give me Lucid dreams when I do them before bed. But what should I do during the day?
"Okay, here's my biggest secret. You really don't need any techniques at all to have a lot of DILDs! (I bet some people who read all that stuff are gonna be mad now. Haha. Sorry you guys.)

Even if you're not a natural, you can teach yourself to think like one. If you can do that, you'll have LDs all the time without really trying.

The thing that works best is simply awareness. And I really mean awareness.

Most people go through their days thinking about where they need to be going next, and what they need to be doing, and wondering where they should be eating. They spend very little time being truly aware of their surroundings.

This is where that meditation stuff really helps, by the way! Meditation teaches the kind of awareness I'm talking about.

The easy way to LD is a state of constant awareness. Make your day one big long reality check. Only instead of a specific RC, begin to question everything around you at once. Quiet your mind, and simply be aware of your state of consciousness. Be aware of the FEELING of LIVING and being AWAKE. It's a much different feeling than being asleep or even astral projecting.

I believe that many natural LDers do this unconsciously. They just "know" when they are dreaming because they know it feels different. This also may explain why naturals have a hard time explaining exactly how they get lucid. They don't really GET lucid...they ARE lucid every moment of the day and night."

I took this from Naiya's DILD and WILD lucid dream guide on dreamviews. This is what I mean.

Also she calls it awareness and says "truly aware of your surroundings" I'm talking more about emphasis on self awareness.
Yeah that really sounds like ADA still kind of not seeing the difference, I kind of am. I'll just focus on this awake feeling.
