The tutorial is very clear and I can't wait to try it out, but I was wondering: are the cycles associated with Sleep Paralysis, are the cycles ARE Sleep Paralysis or have nothing to do with that phenomenon? And I was also wondering: can your chances be lower or greater with age? Believe it or not, I myself am actually thirteen years old, so I was just curious if that could effect my chances. (My mum has lucid dreams naturally, so I got interested). Please let me know what you think! c:
