• 主题:Tired Trying
  • I've been trying to have LDs now for about a month all with little success. I normally use the DILD method but I always end up forgetting that I need to realize I'm in a dream. I've tried the WILD method a couple of times including just now. I have been laying here for well over half an hour in sleep paralysis and keeping my mind conscious. This only results in me getting bored because it normally takes me no longer than ten minutes to fall asleep. Can anybody help me? Like I said I'm getting tired of trying.
Thanks everybody, I will keep at it. It just so happens that I tried eating cheese last night because I saw it in a thread somewhere and it must have worked. I can't remember if I knew I was dreaming or not but I remember being in control of a few things. Would this be classed as lucid or semi-lucid?

Also, it took me about 3 months of trying every night to DILD and using mantra's etc... Once your first one is out the way it gets a lot easier.

Im having trouble with WILD too.... Im almost there and its taken me a while to get as far as i have come. Anything good takes time.

Also try not to stress about it as that can make it a lot harder. Hows your dream journal coming along? Have you worked out your dream signs ?

Hmmm Don't think I was lucid then in that case, oh well I know what I'm doing now  My dream journal has quite alot of entries, about a months worth but I put last nights one im my online DJ here: Travelling, a false awakening and a Colosseum. - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views (Not sure if this link is allowed or not, if it isn't then I'll be happy to remove it) My dream signs are useless, I only have one and that's long black hair. Something that can be seen in waking life anyway :L Other than that one I'm still looking for some good ones.
Yeah especially if I keep seeing people with black hair lol it would be a long day. Don't people give you funny looks doing these RC's in broad daylight?
Good ideas, I will certainly have to try these  thanks for your help

Well I think my body/mind naturally takes a break because after a near lucid experience my dream recall goes completely for about a week.
