• 主题:Wild Technique Sharing Bed Someone
  • OK, so I am trying to learn how to WILD. I'm following the tuts and doing my due dilligence but I seem to have run into an issue. I share a bed with someone and have two cats that will occasionally run across the bed. Last night, trying to WILD around 6AM after going to bed at 11, I couldn't let go and progress. I was too aware of the person I share my bed with, how they kept shuffling in their sleep.

Any suggestions? Can this be overcome or am I sort of screwed?
I can offer a experience from my own life. I am pretty good WILDing nowadays, but I need to be alone. 3 years I had difficulty since I was sleeping with gf and oddly enough I have two cats too, they are in different room at night though. It is pretty hard since quick surprise touches can jerk your body and make the concentration harder... I won't say it is impossible but I admit I rarely can do it with another person near me.
Hey I'm married and of course sleep with my partner..I WILD ok..doesn't seem to effect my progress..I just ignore Him..pretend he isn't there and focus my mind and quieten it down..in time you will get used to it, keep practising, don't let this hinder you..honestly alot of peeps do it while with someone so keep positive and you'll get there
The trick is to fall asleep quickly. The relaxation part of most WILD techniques is totally unnecessary -- they keep you awake, uncomfortable, and simply not in the state of mind which is required to enter a phase. And a side effect is that they make you ultra-sensitive to external disturbance. I suggest you take a look at the WILD recipe I posted recently. It strips away a lot of the "fat" that exist in traditional methods, and one of the aims is to prevent loss of sleep. I also have a cat and a partner, and they too used to give me lots of trouble. That's not the case anymore -- I can WILD at will, even in very noisy environment such as on an air plane. The truth is -- as long as you can sleep, you can WILD.
