Avoid anything with a bright screen. Once you lay down you should still be relaxed, but your brain will have been active for over an hour and your logical centers should be more active. This will help you get lucid because it will easily drop you into a REM cycle, and even if you fall asleep during a WILD, a DILD will be much more likely.
