主题:How Do I Induce SpTry just falling alseep on your back. If you normally do that, then set a noise to go off about 4 hours into your sleeping. When you wake up, you might be in sleep paralysis.
Don't make the noise loud or an alarm. Try using a quiet sound that's just enough to nudge you awake.
What works for me is galantamine, it guarantees SP (for me at least). It seems to put you into such a light sleep that the vibrations and sounds of SP will wake you up when they normally don't. This morning I was able to get right into SP just by drinking some caffeine.
There is a feeling you can summon up, to help induce a SP.... It can be invoked by will or by fear of such feeling. But I an unable to explain how I did it.
It kinda feels like you didn't sleep for a long time, and your kinda high on pot, but its mostly worn off.
It is a feeling you can summon up just by fear of that feeling. Or by willing it. But I an unable to put it into words, about what it feels like, or how to do it.
- Otherwise wait for it to happen naturally, it seems more likely to happen to me when I am super tired, and some caffeine might help you keep your mind awake for it also.
My best suggestion, is try to be tired, and then imagine your body being sucked into your bed by high G forces. That kinda simulates how I did it.
I thought I was the only one lol. Galantamine=SP everytime. I take it after about 5 hours of sleep and after about an hour or so of slipping in and out of sleep, I randomly wake up one time and just know that it's about to happen as I start to slip back to sleep. Happens every time.
Then there are nights where I just feel restless, but haven't taken galantamine and get the same thing. I use SP to just get up as soon as I feel it coming on rather than wait for a dream to come to me from that state.
I'm curious about what you said about caffeine. Did you literally just get up after a few hours and drink some coffee or something and then go back to bed?
Yeah in all of my SP/Wild experiences I've never used imagery/waited for dreams to come to me. At some point I just know I can "get up" into a dream. I don't know if it's just me but the longer I stay in SP before I get up the more vivid the dreams tend to be.
My normal alarm woke me up. Had breakfast with coke and decided to go back to bed. Within 10 or so minute I went into SP. In the of a hour I had two lucid dreams. I'd wake up from the first one, and go right back in to the next.
Thanks. Will try that one!
I have an exponentially greater chance of getting SP while sleeping on my back or side... I've gotten it while sleeping on my stomach once or twice but all other times, it's been while I was on my back or side...
Cool. Yeah I always get up as soon as I feel it come on, right after a successful nose pinch RC. I'll have to play around with trying to wait a little longer. I think the reason I get up immeditely is because typically when I wait around in SP, I end up waking up. Maybe if I just hang out for a minute and really let it set in I can get better results, but to be honest, the LDs I get with the approach I've been using are so insanely vivid and life like that I usually will find myself standing there looking at something totally not interesting(like a piece of paper or some other random object) trying to wrap my mind around just how real it feels/seems. It's mind blowing and I love the hell out of it.
Thanks man
SP is a natural stage that almost always happens during sleep. You don't have to induce it. You experience it. As long as you can keep your mind awake while your body falls asleep you can experience SP. That's the basis of most WILD techniques anyway.
