So I woke up from a lucid dream this morning, wrote it down, and etc. For those of you beginners out there, this was the luckiest thing ever lol. So I found a old thread with a lock screen that says "is this a dream?" with a cool background ( https://imgur.com/gallery/fBLj1 ). I've had a a good amount of lucid dreams spread out in the past year, but this one was by far the most real one. I have trouble remembering to reality check, and so that's why I had the screensaver. So the funny thing is, I can barely dream journal bc of early awakenings for school, but yesterday and the day before I was doing a hell of RC, not too many to overdo it, but just a good amount to be aware. I wrote down a vivid dream after attempting SSILD yesterday, and then literally I have a vivid lucid dream today! I honestly can't tell what caused this LD. DILD, SSILD, WBTB, idk. Last night I went to bed around 11 and put a alarm for 4 hrs so I put it to 3:30 and went to bed. I woke up to the alarm, got up went to the bathroom and walked around my room and went to bed it lasted about 5 min or so, I really tried to do SSILD, but idek I barely did any cycles, I kept going in and out of sleep, each lasting like 2 minutes, I kept losing focus and stuff because I was pretty tired. So I did one cycle trying really hard and went to bed. I was having one of these dreams where it's a video game, so this dream it was in Star Wars Battlefront, and I was playing in third person. I was like hmmm, and I looked at my fingers. My both index fingers were tiny, and I knew it was a dream. I calmed myself and rubbed my hands. I was on a different planet!!! My brother came in a jeep and picked me up, we looked towards the sky and it was crazy beautiful, it was purplish blue almost just like this ( https://imgur.com/gallery/ogndM ). During my jeep ride, I was thinking to myself (does this feel really real?) bc I sometimes have LD where it still feels like a normal dream and that it isn't real. So then I started to think even more, and noticed I can't even feel my real body!! It was crazy, and I could interact. We stopped by a gas station around my house, and I picked up something, and then I went to like some barbecue and saw a cute girl with a boy. I stole his girl hahaha. Lol but anyways yeah that was the dream. You can see how much control I had I'm so happy about that. Tell me guys what you think caused the dream, bc I honestly can't tell. And please respond as I would like to hear anything you guys have to say thanks. Btw I had to redo this bc literally nobody saw this thread at all, so sorry if the title is misleading lmao.
