• 主题:Lucid Dreaming In A Dream
  • So this is seriously pretty weird so I was having a normal dream I was just going to a hotel with my family and to skip over the boring details of the dream eventually I went to sleep and in my dream in my dream (weird) I was just sitting on a bench and looked around and noticed it was a dream and just started running and jumping through rooftops and it looked pretty real

but eventually i'm like okay I want to wake up and I wake up in the same exact spot I went to sleep in in my dream and I feel like this dream i've been having where I go to a hotel with my family has been an hour long coherent dream because a lot has led up to it so I wake up in the same bed I fell asleep in and I think wow I finally became lucid

I told my family and they were like yeah you were talking in your sleep and I said oh okay whatever and left and went to this weird race with a friend at a mall it was a foot race and again to spare you the details because thats not what this post is about I ended up sitting in a chuck e cheese type tunnel thing talking to this guy who was also racing and eventually I became uncomfortable and decided to blink really hard as if I knew I was dreaming and I actually woke up, was I somehow subconciousctly lucid the whole time? Was I actually lucid when I was lucid within my dream?

Has anyone lucid dreamt in a dream? This was all very odd and maybe its because its fresh in my mind since I woke up about 5 minutes ago but I feel like that dream ned back for hours.

**TL;DR: Had a lucid dream within a regular dream, has anyone had this experience?**
Yes it can happen. When we dream our brain is in a handicapped state, and we are at the mercy of our own subconscious. It's up to it to decide how we feel, what we remember, and what role we play. It can be very hard, even when we are lucid, to remember even basic things from prior the sleep. For example, if you are in a hotel and now you are having an OBE. Chances are you may not even remember the fact you are sleeping in a hotel room. You probably ride up in your home bedroom instead, yet you are fully convinced you are seeing the reality. Even when you try hard to remember your mind can still feel clouded. As you can see, it's very easy for us to be tricked. In your case, your lucid dream was based on memory that was replaced by a previous dream.
I've done that before even though I can't remember the dream anymore.
i did that in my first one.
