• 主题:Problems With Wild
  • So about 2 years ago I did myself first attempt at WILD. In my bed, I made sure none of my limbs touched any other part of my body, and I didn't move at all and focused on my breading, while inside my head repeating the simple mantra, "Relax." I don't know if anyone else have experienced this, but slowly my body started to feel like a limb feel when you've been sleeping on it all night: like it wasn't there and at the same time, almost tingling. However, at the same time, my heart began beating really fast, and that was pretty much all I could feel. It freaked me out, so I opened my eyes and tried to move, which I could. I woke up fully quite quickly.

For a while after that I continued trying, but I never got that far again. I always just fell asleep or had this unbearable which pretty much required me to move and screw everything up.

Now, again, I've decided to try it for real again. But my problem is, for once, I fall asleep to easily, and secondly, when laying completly still I always find it uncomfortable and I've got a hard time trying to not adjust my position to suit me better.

Do you have any advice on how to have better success with the WILD technique for a newbie like me?

Also, I try to combine it with a dream journal and reality checks.

(Oh, would you advice against trying MILD at the same time as WILD? They seem really compatible but there might be some problems with it?)
I just think these sensations sometimes occur to quickly to actually be my body suspecting I'm asleep. It rather feels like a normal itch or something.

Anyway, I did some reading on the SSILD method and I'm going to try that out today (if I wake up during the night, which I almost always do). Thansk for the feedback.
