When you do an RC you have to actually become fully aware and mindful. Do it and question "*Am i dreaming??*" because otherwise you're just blatantly doing RC's without the intention of becoming lucid the next time you dream
One month isn't long enough to be sure you are doing something wrong. 1-3 months is the average range.
Because it won't work. That approach is a hype. I'm so sick and tired of repeating this...
1 month is way too early to give up man. Plus, just RCing isn't the most powerful or consistent method for lucidity to be hones, unless you keep a LONG time at it. For most people I think RCing is more like a complement to additional methods like WILD. I suggest trying WBTB and MILD, that's a pretty good combination for me.
    This.

And additionally, keep a dream journal for god's sake. If you can't vividly remember at least 3 or so dreams per night, you won't be having much success. DILDs are just as easy to forget as normal dreams.
It works, it just takes time for the habit to show up in your dreams.
