• 主题:Was This A Sign? Was I Close? Ld4All
  • Yesterday I laid down for a lengthy nap, before going to sleep I had mentioned to my wife I wanted to go to the book store and find " Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge" during my nap I had several dreams, but the one that stood out was this. I was in a book store searching for that book in a section titled "lucidity". I couldn't find it was determine to keep looking. Am I on the verge of breaking through?
We know that our mind processes information we receive during the day while asleep. You were thinking about the book and if it's significant enough for you subconscious brain, then that is a good sign. I wouldn't mind getting stuff about lucidity thrown in my dreams if I were you

The rest is up to you- be determined and don't give up. That advice applies both if you've never had an LD or if you've had tons.

Yes, the, would, but only if they persist. You see, many people only get them in dreams when they're starting out, because that's when they're most excited about it and think of it thr most. Make sense?

Nevertheless, I'm sure you'll experience lucidity soon, be it before or after you get the book.

P.S. it's the right section, don't mind him

For me, having dreams about something LD-related is always a good sign since this means that it's so important that it appears in my dreams. This means I'm motivated, and being motivated is a very essential part of LDing for me.

Current LD goal(s): visit an abandoned place
It's a sign that you are sufficiently motivated, which could result in some LDs to occur sooner or later. However, it does not necessarily mean you are on the right track. Motivations will eventually wane, techniques and experiences will not. I suggest you start working on some on-demand type techniques such as WILD and MILD.
I agree with all of them as well. After I had a dream where I read a pamphlet about lucid dreaming, a few nights (I think?) later I had my first LD by a FA.

              Current LD goal(s): Being lucid.
