• 主题:Wild And Overcoming The Unpleasant Sleep Paralysis Ld4All
  • Hello everybody!

Trying WILD, but I've yet to succeed. It seems quite fast and easy to accomplish the state of sleep paralysis, by chanting something simple while laying still. However, sleep paralysis is a highly uncomfortable feeling overall, and so far I've always started feeling too physically unpleasant to continue, and I've aborted the process.

Last time I tried it, I got further than ever - I withstood the numbness, heaviness and the racing of my heart. However, my breathing got very heavy and difficult, which was too unexpected and creepy, and I once again aborted the process by twitching my fingers. My body was damn heavy and stiff after this, so I suppose I was quite deep in paralysis.

I think my paralysis has never lasted long, only a couple of minutes. But it all feels so nasty, that being in that state feels like a very long time.

So the question is, how long will one approximately have to withstand this all, until one is ready to enter the WILD? I think I was quite close last time, but I'd not like to experience that heavy breathing phase for long! Also, if you have any other related tips, feel free to share.
    Thanks for all your answers!

I haven't had the enthusiasm to try WILD during the last month or so, but I was thinking of resuming my attempts. Rhewin, your suggestion of trying to get some dream body feeling sounds good, I'll definitely try that next time!

Out of curiosity, what time of night are you trying this?

The times I've tried this have actually been daytime. Doing it after just waking up the fastest/easiest?

mattias, I'll try to keep in mind that ignoring the breathing is an option
