  • If you're already in SP you can go ahead and try to induce the dream. The easiest way I've found is to try to imagine rolling or floating out of bed. If you can just begin to get some feeling in a dream body, you can start to anchor the dream. That is if you are completely in SP. If you're just feeling numbness and other symptoms you may not quite be there.

    Out of curiosity, what time of night are you trying this? When you first go to bed? After you wake up a bit? That will change the amount of time you wait considerably.
