Well, I07ve been using SSILD for 4 days and see no results

Altought I had SP 1 or 2 times.

Shouldnt I expect results faster?

Also, the problem with SSILD (in fact I have problems with LD) is that I fall asleep when doing the cycles! What am I doing wrong?
