Yes. I08d not have wasted so much time with many of the traditional methods such as building awareness during the day, non-stop reflections and autosuggestions, and so on. Does it mean, that critical awareness is not helpfull, when you do SSILD neither you make the technique true nor false. Do RCs after awakening only matter? And the rest of the day you can quiet "sleepwalk" if you manage SSILD optimally?
